WIRE TIGHTENING REELS, are unique in that they create optimum
tensions in cables and wires in the shortest operating times
and are patented exclusively by FERRO. They are indestructible
and unaffected by rust, treatments and atmospheric agents, as
they are made from PRESSURE DIE-CAST ALUMINIUM and equipped
with "AISI 304" stainless steel stop springs
or pins.

Equipped with 6 holes + 4 slots, making it possible to precisely
tighten wires by minimum amounts and quickly insert the locking
device. For wires up to Ø mm 3.
• MEDIUM
- Ø mm 69
Like GIRASOLE, MEDIUM enables fast, precise tightening. This
model is for all wires with Ø mm 5.
• MAXI
- Ø mm 76
MAXI enables precise tightening of cables and wires with Ø
mm 5 / 6 max.
Designed,
tested and made by our company, they are made from "AISI
302" stainless steel with Ø 2.8 mm. SPEEDY SPRING
in "MOBILE" and "FIXED" versions, is
patented exclusively by FERRO.

MOBILE SPRING
Speedy Mobile Spring is the only mobile "hugging"
spacing device which hooks directly to concrete posts. It shortens
and simplifies binding and tidying the green vine shoots.

FIXED SPRING
Speedy Fixed Spring is the only "hugging" spacing
device for fixed parallel wires which hooks directly to concrete
posts. It may be used in place of the spacing bracket applied
with u-bolts.

FOR WOODEN POSTS
The FERRO Spring for wooden posts is the strongest and most
innovative mobile spacing device for parallel wires. Easy to
fit, it is fastened to the wooden post by inserting two hooked
nails available to order.
Our
crossbar spacing devices are available in galvanised iron,
stainless steel and aluminium alloy (the latter are rustproof
and therefore protect the support wires). Stocks of stainless
steel, galvanised iron or aluminium-coated u-bolts for connecting
crossbars and posts of all sizes are always available in our
warehouses.

Galvanised crossbars are practical, light and adaptable to every
kind of support post. They are available in the following sizes
to meet any need in your vineyard: 16, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40
cm.

STEEL CROSSBAR
The same goes for the stainless steel model, which is also available
in 16, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 cm sizes.
• ALUMINIUM
CROSSBAR
Aluminium alloy crossbars last forever and can be easily used
with any type of training system. Available in 15 and 23 cm
sizes.
Counter-post
stirrups are devices which join the end post and the counter-post.
They are unaffected by atmospheric agents and chemicals, as
they are made from cast aluminium.
Peg anchors are a type of anchor which are poked into the soil
and offer considerable advantages, such as exceptional reliability
and quick installation.

8/5 and 8/6
Counter-post stirrups 8/5 and 8/6 are made from shell cast aluminium
and can be fastened to the "8x8" precompressed concrete
end post and "5x5" and "6x6" precompressed
concrete counter-posts.

9/6 and STIRRUP 9/7
Counter-post stirrups 9/6 and 9/7 are made from pressure die-cast
aluminium and can be fastened to the "9x9" precompressed
concrete end post and "6x6" and "7x7" precompressed
concrete counter-posts.
• PEG
ANCHOR
Peg anchors are poked into the soil using a metal rod and a
hammer. By pulling the chain, the anchor rotates until it is
perpendicular with the ground and locks in place.
